What’s the Cancellation Policy??

Your appointments are very important to us at J. Renee’ Color Studio. Our time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Please contact your stylist directly instead of calling the salon. Their numbers are listed on our “Contact” page. In the event of a no-call, no show, or if your call is past the 24 hour window, we will charge the card on file a fee depending on how much time is booked.

A haircut only slot fee is $50

Any other service reserved for 1 - 2.5 hours has a fee of $75

Any specialty service reserved over 2.5 hours has a fee of $100

This ensures your stylist is compensated for their time. Unfortunately, without notice, they are unable to use that time for someone else. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
